M/s Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) is operating and maintaining the Fuel Farm Facility at CSMIA, Mumbai. MAFFFL appointed BPCL as the Fuel Farm Operator through a competitive bidding process. The Fuel Farm Operator is responsible for all functions necessary for management, operations and maintenance of the Facilities including the QC checks.
M/s Bharat Star Services Pvt. Ltd. ( BSSPL) and M/s Indian Oil Skytanking Pvt. Ltd. (IOSL) are Into- Plane (ITP) service providers at CSMIA, Mumbai. MAFFFL has granted sub-concessions to IOSL & BSSPL for providing Into-Plane ( ITP) service through a competitive bidding process.
